Every other Wednesday we hold a pub quiz, 19:30-21:30, with 5 prizes to be won! Need we say more?
Whatever your specialist subject, we make sure our quiz is varied for all people. It’s fun, it’s friendly and it’s in Wokingham’s only brewpub.
£1 per person and maximum of 6 people per team. Booking is also recommended, either by emailing info@theouthousebrewery.com, via our social media or asking a member of the team at the bar.

About You
Due to operational requirements, the candidate must be at least of the age of 18 years.
Hours: interchangeable through Wed-Sun with optional holiday cover.
We are looking for a enthusiastic Bar Team Member who can:
· Represent our brand and our core values, maintaining high standards of service through excellent product knowledge, customer service and meticulous attention to detail
· Be a great communicator, take self-entitative to engage with customers delighting their overall experience, ensuring nothing is too much trouble
· Be adaptable, flexible and responsive to change
· Work under pressure, be motivative and support other team members
· Be eager to develop new skills
· Always prioritises and adhere to health safety, wellbeing, licencing and fire legislation
About the Role
Key responsibilities will include:
· Assisting in the full set up and clear down of the bar (depending on your shift time allocation) to ensure a smooth delivery of service
· General bar duties (making recommendations, pouring drinks, providing table service, serving customers in a timely, friendly and professional manner)
· Restocking the bar
· Providing support in other areas of The Outhouse Brewery as agreed and as necessary
Experience of working behind a bar is desirable but not essential. If you have worked in other hospitality roles and believe your skills are transferable, we would love to hear from you!

We welcome back Alex Griffiths, one of the Griffiths Brothers, to host an evening of fine gin tasting produced by his craft distillery. The evening will consist of a drink on arrival, followed by a tasting session of 5 gins whilst Alex talks you through. The bar will be open afterwards for drinks at your own leisure.
Seats are limited, so we recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.

After an incredible turnout and atmosphere on St. George’s Day, we have decided to bring back the talented musician, Jack Barnes, for a Sunday funday. As per last time, no tickets required; just turn up and enjoy. We recommend you get in there early to guarantee a seat. Not to be missed!
